I have the right to refuse your commission.

Payments are done via Paypal only.

Payment is required before I begin on your commission.

A reference will be necessary, I will not accept pure descriptions.

I am not responsible for redrawing a commission if the character’s design has been changed after completion.

You may ask for WIPS if you feel the commission is taking a long time.

If you request a refund, the amount refunded will depend on the progress made on the commission, and your unfinished art work will be given as well.

. You will be given the unfinished artwork as well. (If I haven't started you will receive a full refund.)

-I will show a WIP of the sketch and final artwork and ask if there's desired changes, after the finished piece is done I will only do very small changes if requested.

Commissioned art may be used as an icon, banner, background, etc, only by the owner/commissioner.

-I reserve all artistic rights to commissioned work.

-I may use artwork in online platforms, portfolios, and any other form of publication with credit back to the commissioner.

-The art provided is not to be used/connected to NFT use in any way.

- The art provided is not to be used with any and all artificial intelligence program.
